Flat rate applies for Priority Mail rate boxes upto a medium box. Anything over. You will receive a shipping bill before we can ship. If it is not paid timely. Order is abandoned.

You will pay a deposit shipping with order. The remainder will be billed before actual shipping. It must be paid in 24 hours or the order is abandoned.

    • We charge less and offer extras. With that we work to find he lowest shipping method. Your package may require we combine orders.

  • Express shipping turnaround & processing is 1-3 days plus the carriers 1-7 days (reach out to upgrade)
  • Subscribers Club has options for weekly boxes and reduced or free shipping.

Shipping Timeframe with the carrier

  • USPS: Priority Mail is 2-4 days.
  • USPS: First Class is 1-10 days.
  • FedEx or UPS: Ground is 2-7 days.
  • Early orders allow extra time for it to arrive first to the warehouse.
  • All packages are insured. Packages over 100.00 may require signature.

  • Check your account anytime. Log in online.
  • Some shipping information can be seen on your online account. It will be on the order. We do not allows checkoff fed ex packages and it may say unfilled but you received email tracking.
  • You will receive a email with tracking and delivery.¬†

Damages

You must contact the shipping carrier within 24 hours. They will have a form online. You will need to take pictures of your package. You will need the tracking info. When you are done. Send us an email. Tell us what happened, the order number and a copy of the claim you made. When it is approved and refunded we can help you replace the order.

Food: We carry many out of country and speciality foods. They are small batch made. Shelf life may not be as long as many common preserved items. Be prepared to use your staples and snacks faster. If there is a date. It is a sell by date. Generally you have 30 days to consume the item before it changes possibly in some form. If something arrives spoiled or has a issue. We will replace it. You must contact us in 24 hours less from arrival.

WE HAVE A LIMITED EXCHANGE POLICY. MAKE SURE TO REVIEW IT WHEN BUYING. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT IS GIVEN FOR THIRTY DAYS. ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE WILL NOT BE GIVEN CREDIT IF RETURNED. 
FILING CHARGEBACKS WILL BE CONSIDERED IMMEDIATE CLOSURE OF ALL ACCOUNTS AND REWARDS. YOU MAY ALSO FACE COURT ACTION.
ABUSIVE OR AGGRESSIVE COMMUNICATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT AND REWARDS AND SERVICES.
