  • LIVE ORDERS ARE FINAL WHEN CLAIMED. NO PASSING.
  • REPEATED NO PAYS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT DUE

CLAIMING AN ITEM IS COMMITTING TO THE PURCHASE. IT IS NOT A PREVIEWING. YOU HAVE 3 HOURS DAYTIME OR 10 AM PST TO PAY THE ITEM. IF YOU ARE NEW YOU PAY FOR THE FIRST ITEM RIGHT AWAY.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We want you to love your order. We are happy to help you make size selections. We understand you may not be happy with your purchase. If you have a item we can take back. You will receive store credit. We have some items we cannot exchange. If you need help being sure its right before purchase. Please ask. General items can be exchanged for store credit. Send us an email for a approval code. Original packaging. No animal hair or dander. Unworn/Unused. It has to be shipped back within 48 hours and buyer pays the shipping.

 **Food from May-September we do not offer any heat sensitive replacement. You order at your risk. We will inform you of this. There will be recommendations in the package. Like using the cold box before you open and after it arrived. You are ordering from Las Vegas. Average summer is 100-119 degrees. We have many non heat sensitive options. We only use cold packs when you request and pay the shipping difference. Thank you.

Any order returned without approval. Will be given a credit for the fast online area with 7 days to use. Minus all fees we paid, 10% restock charge and shipping. If there is no order paper in the box and notation what order it is. It will be donated or discarded. All items returned that are final sale or not resell quality will be thrown away and nothing will be retuned for credit.

PREORDERS

If you placed a preorder. You have agreed to wait for the items. Your order will be held till ready. There may be delays. This is a final sale. You cannot change or cancel. You can choose to pay extra shipping to split shipping on ready items.

REMINDERS

  • If your package is stolen, damaged or missing. You must file a report immediate with the carrier. Without the claim there is no help available. They limit this to under 60 days. Make sure to keep all packaging until they say release it. 
  • USPS will not hold your tracking info past 90 days generally. 
  • You are agreeing to our policies at checkout on the checkbox.
  • If you ship to the wrong or incomplete address. We are not responsible. You can contact UPS for a reroute at your cost.
